The purpose of this project was to design an automated intelligent warehouse for Rockwell Automation using the software Emulate3D, integrating it with a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) that manipulated all the process. Developed the complete exterior design (CAD) model of the warehouse and contributed to programming key emulated elements—including conveyors, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and industrial robots—as well as configuring the PLC to ensure seamless device communication. The facility could store and pack 300 screw boxes, and was successfully presented at 'Expo Ingenierías 2024', attracting an audience from faculty, businessmen, students, and the general public.
